He said that his party has a long-standing friendly and comradely relationship with the WPK and this relationship has been consolidated and developed through scores of years for the common ideal and purposes for independence and socialism against imperialism.

In the past President Kim Il Sung received the delegations of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) visiting the DPRK and made a great contribution to the development of the relationship between the two parties, he noted, stressing: Our party fully supports the just cause of the WPK and the Korean people steadfastly defending the socialist cause while decisively smashing the U.S. imperialists' moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK.

He said that his party wishes the WPK greater success in the efforts to build a great prosperous and powerful socialist nation and achieve national reunification under the wise leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il, true to the behests of Kim Il Sung.
