The need to build missile shields underscored by the U.S. under the pretext of what it called "missile threat" is a brigandish logic and a height of impudence which can convince no one.

The basic aim sought by the U.S. in spreading the rumor about "missile threat" like a guilty party filing a suit first is to put spurs to the establishment of the MD under the pretext of "threat" in a bid to contain its potential rivals and keep maintaining and bolstering its military supremacy worldwide.

It is the scenario of the U.S. to cover Northeast Asia and Eastern Europe and the rest of the world with its dense network of missiles, considering the building of missile shields as a deciding factor of its aggressive strategy for world domination.

It is clear to everybody that the world peace and security will be seriously threatened and disturbed and the danger of war will increase when the U.S. is allowed to go ahead with the building of missile shields as now.

No matter how crafty the U.S. may become in its moves to cover up its aggressive aim sought in building missile shields by spreading the above-mentioned rumor, it can never work in this bright world.

The Cold War-minded way of thinking and mode of action are harmful at present when it has become a trend of the times to head for independence, and the U.S. wild ambition for world domination by force is nothing but a daydream.

The U.S. would be well advised to face up to the realities with a cool head and immediately halt its anachronistic moves to establish the MD disturbing the world strategic stability and sparking a new arms race and increasing the danger of a nuclear war.
