At the symposium speakers explained that the film gives correct answer to a question of the times how the army and people should make worthwhile each day of the drive for the building of a thriving nation through the looks of soldiers of the People's Army who are glorifying an ordinary day only with noble loyalty and obligation for Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il.

The film gives vivid ideological and artistic depiction of the fact that the fundamental source of the indefatigable mental power displayed by soldiers in training is their noble spiritual world yearning for and following Kim Jong Il at every footstep with blood ties with him and that one can work miracles and perform feats in any adversity when one has the spirit of devotedly defending the leader and the spirit of devotedly implementing his instructions, they stressed.

They called upon all the creators and artistes to arm themselves with the Juche-based ideas and theories of the Workers' Party of Korea on literature and art and create more masterpieces replete with the spirit of the times conducive to the development of Juche-based film art.
