Chairman of Russian Federation Council Visits Liberation Tower

| Pyongyang, November 25 (KCNA) -- Sergei Mikhailovich Mironov, chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, laid a wreath before the Liberation Tower on Wednesday. Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were the chairman's party and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and staff members of his embassy. Officials concerned were on hand. The wreath in the name of the chairman's party was laid before the tower. The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the fallen fighters of the Soviet Union Army and looked round the tower. |
