After learning about the battalion's training preparations for next year, he praised its servicepersons for doing their best for training preparation with unusual enthusiasm.

It is the primary revolutionary task of servicepersons to do training well, he said, adding that in wartime a serviceperson brave at battle is hero and patriot, but in peacetime a serviceperson good at training can be called hero and patriot.
