The refiner consists of a sterilizing filter, system of adsorbing impure organic matters and resisting germs, air tube, automatic water gate and water feeder.

It fully filters and sterilizes water, while passing all sorts of mineral matters contained in the water, as nanoscale inorganic germicides are attached to stomatal walls by a high temperature in the diatomite-zeolite porous filtering and absorbing system.

It has widely been used not only in houses and offices but in foodstuff processing and public catering sectors.
