Kim Yong Il Congratulates Belgian PM

| Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Cabinet Kim Yong Il Monday sent a congratulatory message to Yves Leterme upon his appointment as prime minister of Belgium. The message wished him success in his work for the development and prosperity of the country. Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun also sent a congratulatory message to Steven Vanackere on Monday upon his appointment as foreign minister of Belgium. |
