Some days ago, eight members of the management board of the south Korean MBC including its manager Om Ki Yong simultaneously tendered their resignations to the managing director of the "Council for Promotion of Broadcasting and Culture".

This is a tragedy caused by a dastardly plot hatched by the puppet authorities to paralyze the function of MBC as a public institution representing public opinion and completely put it under their control.

This is evidenced by the fact that the above-said council made up of neo-conservatives subservient to the authorities has desperately worked to put MBC under government control.

It is as clear as noonday what type of man the south Korean conservative group will appoint as manager of MBC.

The ruling quarters of south Korea should never forget the lesson taught by history in which the erstwhile military dictators were thrown into the abyss of ruin by the people for enforcing fascist dictatorship through their seizure and control over media.
