Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities took such anti-reunification action as disallowing eight persons of the delegates of the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration to participate in the meeting of All-Korean Committee for Implementation of June 15 Joint Declaration slated to open in Shenyang, China, on December 13. The south Korean Ministry of Unification took such action under the pretext of "considering the present situation of the inter-Korean relations, ensuring security and maintaining order" and the like. Among those who were "selectively barred from the participation in the meeting" were Ri Kang Sil, permanent steering member of the above-said south side committee, Han Chung Mok, organizational chairman of the committee, Jong Tae Yon, joint executive chairman of the committee, Choe Yong Ok, joint secretary general of the committee, Jon Song Do, secretary general of its Peasants Headquarters of the committee who doubles as member of the south Korean Federation of Peasants Associations, and others. All of them are members of the Solidarity for Progress of south Korea. The puppet authorities took this action in the wake of disallowing members of the above-said committee to participate in the meeting of the co-chairmen of the All-Korean Committee for Implementation of June 15 Joint Declaration held in Pyongyang in last March and attend the working-level contacts of the North Side and the South Side Committees for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration held in July and September. The repeated actions taken by them are lashing people of different circles into fury. |
