Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes this in a signed article.

It says:

The main factor of success in the revolutionary struggle and construction is the mental power of the popular masses and its hard core is the spirit of devotedly defending the leader. This noble spirit serves as a source of strength with which the Korean people worked miracles and an engine for weathering any trial and difficulty.

Let us devotedly defend the Party and the leader by winning a victory in the drive for effecting a great revolutionary surge. This is the revolutionary conviction and will enshrined by the Korean people at present.

For the Korean people the on-going advance for effecting the great surge constitutes a struggle for upholding and defending the Party's idea and cause and eternally glorifying them and devotedly preserving the leadership prestige of the headquarters of the revolution and a do-or-die campaign for preserving and adding shine to the exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il in building a rich and powerful country.

"When the Party is determined, we can do anything!" This is the slogan representing the faith of all the servicepersons and people who consider the authority of the Workers' Party of Korea absolute and a manifestation of their transparent revolutionary outlook on the leader.

All the people are now creating immortal heroic epics in the on-going drive as they are fully convinced that only victory and glory are in store for them when they remain true to the leadership of the Party and filled with the strong will to unconditionally and devotedly carry out the Party's policies even if their bones may be broken to pieces.
