The work, published on September 5, Juche 97 (2008), describes 60 years covered by the DPRK as a great history of struggle and victory and creation and changes. And it clarifies the idea that even a small and backward country can turn into a developed and dignified power when it is led by the great leader and party, and tasks and ways for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche under the banner of Songun.
