Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Ministry of People's Security and Choe Jin Su, DPRK ambassador to China, and from the opposite side Meng Hongwei, vice-minister of Public Security, and officials concerned.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on boosting exchange and cooperation between public security organs of the two countries and matters of mutual concern.
