"Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works" Off Press

Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out "Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works" Vol. 85, a library of the immortal Juche idea, which systematically and comprehensively deals with his works in a chronological order. It contains 33 works of President Kim Il Sung including his historic speeches, conclusions and talks between January and July in Juche 76 (1987). It crystalizes the outstanding ideas, theories and policies set forth by him for socialist economic construction and national reunification and accomplishment of the cause of global independence. The President in his work "Let Us Accelerate Socialist Economic Construction by Giving Full Play to the Revolutionary Spirit of Self-Reliance" sets forth the main tasks for implementing the Third Seven-Year Plan and called for bringing about a fresh surge in the economic construction by displaying the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and fortitude. Indicated in the works including "On Some Tasks for Easing Strain on Railway Transport", "On Some Problems Arising in the Preparations for Farming and in the Economic Work for This Year" and "On Improving Labor Administration and Developing Local Industry" are tasks facing different sectors of the national economy and ways to implement them. The President in his works including "Answers to Questions Raised by the President of the Prensa Latina News Agency of Cuba" and "Korean Residents in Japan Should Dynamically Struggle for the Prosperity of the Homeland and Independent Reunification of the Country" clarifies the principled stand of the Workers' Party of Korea on the independent and peaceful reunification of the country and ways for developing the movement of Koreans in Japan. In such works as "Let Us Develop South-South Cooperation" and "Talk to the Delegation of the Zimbabwean Parliament" he clarifies the principled issues which serve as guidelines for the non-aligned and other developing countries in their struggle to build an independent new society and defend world peace and security. The book also contains works giving perfect answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in the revolution and construction such as the issue of strictly adhering to the Juche character and the principle of historicism in excavating and reconstructing historical remains and relics. |
