The film deals with data on the satanic atrocities, committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressors in Sinchon County of South Hwanghae Province, Susan-ri of Kangso District, Nampho City, and other areas of the DPRK during the strategic temporary retreat in the last Korean War, and the testimonies of their victims and eyewitnesses to disclose the brutality, viciousness and cruelty of those manslaughters.

It also shows the facts that the U.S. imperialists have persisted in the moves to stifle the DPRK as well as the psychological warfare, war veterans enhancing the class awareness of the younger generations and the school youth and children filled with the firm determination to glorify the history of the victorious Korean revolution with the steadfast anti-U.S. class consciousness.
