The above-said historic declarations serve as those of national independence and great national unity.

All Koreans living in the era of independent reunification should unite as one under the banner of "By our nation itself" and push ahead with the reunification movement, bearing in mind that the independent dignity and eternal prosperity of the nation hinge upon their efforts.

Only when all Koreans turn out in a nationwide movement in firm unity under the banner of the above-said declarations, they are sure to frustrate the outsiders' interference in the reunification issue and their moves to obstruct its solution and the anti-reunification acts of a tiny handful of sycophantic and treacherous forces swimming against the trend of the times, concludes the article.
