The slogan, which came from the army, has fully demonstrated its vitality year after year in encouraging the Korean people in their efforts to translate the great intention of the Workers' Party of Korea into reality on the socialist land.

The successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong-2, attainment of the cutting edge of the CNC technology, success in sturgeon farming and other striking events were reported one by one and modern production bases and monumental structures came into being here and there throughout the country.
