Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: This is a revelation of the U.S. scenario for mounting a preemptive attack on the DPRK and very dangerous military hysteria aimed at seriously threatening and disturbing world peace and stability.

This development is touching off a serious caution among the Korean people.

The alarming arms buildup of the U.S. bellicose forces is a product of their extreme hostility towards the DPRK and a vivid manifestation of their scenario for starting the second Korean war.

The U.S. seeks to stifle the DPRK through a preemptive nuclear attack after deploying reinforced modern offensive means in south Korea and its vicinity.

It is quite natural for the DPRK to have in place every necessary means for protecting the sovereignty, security and peace of the country and the nation in order to cope with the grave moves of the U.S. warlike forces for a war of aggression against the DPRK.

The U.S. is committing strategic mistakes, overconfident of its strength. It is very foolish and ridiculous for the U.S. to try to do harm to the DPRK, counting on such "advantage" of military technical means as bunker buster.
