The second floor is home to an e-book reading room and a network server.

The library also has well-equipped picture hall and conference room.

The conference room is furnished with a comprehensive electronic control system so that it can provide good conditions for sports lecture, workshop, consultation, symposium, training course of coaches and referees and so on.
