Civilian Activists Arrested in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, January 15 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet police arrested Pak Rae Gun and Ri Jong Hoe, co-executive chairmen of the All-People Committee for Measures against the Murder of Evacuees in Ryongsan, and Nam Kyong Nam, chairman of the Evacuees' Association, in Seoul on Jan. 11 on charges of violation of the "law on assembly and demonstration". The police had long searched for them after issuing arrest warrants by dint of the fascist law for the mere reason that they led the struggle demanding the settlement of the Ryongsan tragedy. |
