The film shows scenes introducing the mountaineering routes newly paved in Mt. Myohyang and other places of the mountain which turned into a better pleasure ground thanks to the warm loving care and wise leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

It deals with the immortal exploits of the three commanders of Mt. Paektu who worked heart and soul to make the beautiful mountain people's own.

It edits scenes showing the strenuous efforts made by party members and other working people in North Phyongan Province including the members of the youth shock brigade who paved the routes including the paths to Isonnam Falls and Manphok Ravine and built resting places in various spots while preserving the renewed landscape and natural beauty of Mt. Myohyang.

The film also shows the great benevolence shown by Kim Jong Il for those who built another edifice in the era of Songun in a short period.
