The warlike forces seek to hurl not only huge troops and equipment of the division but civilians, administrative officials and police into the projected war exercises under the pretext of coping with somebody's "infiltration."

The puppet warlike forces are persisting in their dangerous war games against the north, swimming against the trend of the times when the desire of the fellow countrymen for peace on the Korean Peninsula is growing stronger as the days go by and thus straining the situation.
