The secretary general of the Iranian association said in his lecture that in order to achieve the reunification of Korea at an early date it is essential for all the Koreans to promote reconciliation by putting the common interests of the nation above all in the idea of "By our nation itself" and boost cooperation through visits and contacts among the people of different circles.

The association fully supports the slogan the DPRK set forth for the reunification of the country this year and believes that the Korean people would achieve great successes in their efforts for reunification without fail, he stressed.

The editor-in-chief of the Popular Journal of Myanmar read out the joint editorial and noted that the Korean people would bring about a great leap forward in light industry and agriculture and thus radically improve the people's standard of living and register successes in building an economic power this year.
