The statement pointed out that the conservative gangsters are asserting that the acquittal given to Kang Ki Gap, representative of the Democratic Labor Party who participated in the struggle for checking the railroading of an evil bill through the "National Assembly", was a "leftist judgment."

This proves that the "government" forsaken by the people has become so mean as to set in motion the conservative forces in a bid to put the judicial authorities under their control and make judgments in their favor, the statement charged.
