The organization in its Jan. 27 statement accused the south Korean bellicose forces of escalating their war moves as evidenced by their recent extremely provocative outbursts calling for a "preemptive strike" and an "emergency ruling plan" worked out by them. The statement declared that all the people would launch nationwide actions to prevent a war and force the present regime to step down and implement the joint declarations.

It called for foiling the war moves of the bellicose forces and achieving national reunification as early as possible by the concerted efforts of the entire nation.

The HQ in its Jan. 26 statement chided the Grand National Party of south Korea for openly voicing opposition, putting politically motivated pressure on the court which recently passed the decision of "not guilty" upon Kang Ki Gap, representative of the Democratic Labor Party, members of the Teachers Union and PD pocketbook production team, etc.

Recalling that wicked gangsters of a conservative organization at a "news conference" cried out for "shooting a leftist judge to death without trial," the statement said, warning that they will not be able to escape the people's judgment as it is a tyrannical action ignoring the will of the people.
