The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism carried on the 35th issue of its bulletin articles of several titles under the blockletter title of "Spirit of Leader Kim Jong Il".

The bulletin in an article titled "Snowstorm of Mt. Paektu" said that the figure of Kim Jong Il majestically standing on the top of Mt. Paektu to look down at high mountains is identical to the spirit of mysterious and impressive Mt. Paektu.

In another article the bulletin noted that in 1993 Kim Jong Il proclaimed a semi-war state to the whole country, all the people and the entire army and thus brought the United States to its knees before the Korean people. This was a demonstration of the spirit of Kim Jong Il who would return the toughest action for hard-line action to mercilessly smash the imperialists' highhanded practices, it stressed.

The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea published the 50th issue of its bulletin headlined "Personality of Popular Leader". The bulletin carried several anecdotes about Kim Jong Il's popular personality under such titles as "Delayed performance time" and "Giving name to baby to be born ".
