National reunification presents itself as the most important issue related to the existence and prospect of the Koreans and their supreme task which should be fulfilled without fail.

The Koreans' on-going struggle for national reunification is a patriotic one to rid the nation of its misfortune and the danger of a war and pave the way for its independent development and prosperity. Every Korean should fully display his patriotic spirit in this sacred struggle.

All Koreans at home and abroad are intensifying the movement for independent reunification, fully backing the spirit of the historic June 15 joint declaration which calls for independently solving the issue of national reunification by their concerted efforts.

Whoever wishes to see national reconciliation and unity should turn out in the struggle against the traitors to the nation standing in the way of independent reunification in league with foreign forces.

Trials and difficulties are lying in the way of the movement for national reunification due to the moves of the separatists at home and abroad. However, the Koreans' desire and will for reunification have not waned but grown stronger.

No moves against reunification can ever dampen the above-said desire and will. The desperate efforts of the separatist forces to block the advance of the June 15 era of reunification would get them to nowhere.
