The Chinese Regional Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration said this in a statement issued on January 30.

Every Korean who truly loves the country and the nation and desires peace and reunification can never turn his face away from this just patriotic struggle, the statement noted, and continued:

The Chinese Regional Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration will boost the solidarity and alliance with the patriotic forces at home and abroad centered on June 15 All-Korean Committee, guided by the idea of "By our nation itself" and extend full support and solidarity to the people from all walks of life in south Korea in their just struggle for independence, democracy and reunification.

We will all come out in the nationwide grand march for reunification to successfully decorate this year marking the 10th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration and the 30th anniversary of the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo as a year of change for bringing about a decisive phase in the movement for national reunification.
