Indonesian Figure Praises Kim Jong Il

| Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- Ristiyanto, secretary general of the National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia, issued a statement on Feb. 1 on the occasion of the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il. The statement praised Kim Jong Il as the prominent state leader who has performed great exploits for the country and the nation by wisely leading the Korean people in the efforts for building of a thriving socialist nation and national reunification with his Songun politics. Today the Korean people have turned out in the vigorous drive to bring about a decisive turn in improving the people's standard of living in hearty response to the joint New Year editorial, it said, adding: We are convinced that under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il they will make great successes in the efforts to open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012, the centenary of birth of President |
