Reception Given at DPRK Embassy in Moscow

| Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- A reception was given at the DPRK embassy in Moscow on Feb. 4 on the occasions of the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of the treaty of friendship, good neighborliness and cooperation between the DPRK and the Russian Federation and the New Year. Present there on invitation were officials of the Foreign Ministry of Russia including Vice-Minister Aleksei Borodavkin. The DPRK ambassador to Russia and staff members of his embassy were on hand. The participants first looked round photos on display on the theme of "The whole life dedicated to the people" and "Arts of DPRK". The vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia and the DPRK ambassador made speeches at the reception. The speakers underscored the need to work hard for the development of the bilateral relations this year that marks the 10th anniversary of the publication of the DPRK-Russia joint declaration, the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of the above-said treaty and the 65th anniversary of Korea's liberation. |
