They first laid a floral basket in front of the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Adopted at the meeting was a congratulatory message to Kim Jong Il from the regional association.

Its participants watched a Korean film showing the majestic appearance of the DPRK demonstrating its might with the arms of Mt. Paektu.

Then followed a reception.
