Kim Jong Il.

He said that Kim Jong Il is a great master of ideas and theories clearly indicating the way to be followed by the cause of independence and he has enriched the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and developed the Songun idea in depth.

Thanks to Kim Jong Il's Songun leadership the DPRK has proudly gained the status of a political and ideological, military, scientific and technological and nuclear weapons power, the Workers' Party of Korea has developed into an invincible revolutionary party and the Korean People's Army has grown to be a matchless army, he noted, and continued:

Kim Jong Il has also paid a deep attention to the work for bringing about a fresh surge in the movement for the revival of socialism and impressed all the people with his noble personality.

All the members of the Socialist Popular Party of Mexico hope that Kim Jong Il will enjoy good health and register great success in his noble work for leading the struggle of the WPK and the Korean people, he stressed.
