The bulletin in its preface said that it is the faith and will of the army and people of the DPRK to open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012 without fail by following Kim Jong Il's course of the forced march for patriotic devotion.

The bulletin in an article titled "Single-minded unity of the DPRK and Kim Jong Il" noted that he laid down a unique principle on the socio-political organism for the first time in history and clarified the idea of unity centered on the leader, the top brain of the socio-political community.

Kim Jong Il's motto of believing in people as in Heaven serves as a fundamental principle to govern the activities of the Workers' Party of Korea and the harmonious whole of the Party and the popular masses has been achieved at the highest level, it said, and continued:

The DPRK has protected socialism from the imperialist allied forces and brought about a new turning point in building a great prosperous and powerful nation with the strongest weapon called the single-minded unity of the whole society.

The international community is convinced that the DPRK is sure to emerge an economic power in a few years to come as it surely secured political and ideological foundation and military guarantee for a thriving nation despite the tensest situation and the worst difficulties.
