They demanded the Japanese authorities make an official apology and reparation for the crimes committed by Japan in the past, institute as soon as possible a law on settling the issue related to "comfort women" and take a necessary step to ensure that the said crimes are not repeated.

They declared that they would actively turn out in the struggle to force Japan to liquidate the Japanese imperialists' crimes related to the sexual slavery this year, 100 years since the fabrication of the brigandish "Korea-Japan Annexation Treaty".
