The bulletin in an article said that Kim Jong Il enjoys boundless respect from the world people for his distinguished political caliber and outstanding personality as a great man.

Zimbabwean President Robert G. Mugabe, after being received by Kim Jong Il in 1980, praised him as a great man who inherited the noble traits of President Kim Il Sung, the bulletin noted, adding that for nearly 30 years since then Mugabe has paid deep attention to the publication, study and dissemination of Kim Jong Il's works, calling him "genius of ideology and theory" and "great master of leadership art".

Many people of the world laud him as "the great leader who ushered in the new history of the cause of perpetuating memory of Kim Il Sung", "the supreme personifier of revolutionary obligation", "dear and great common person", "the leader enjoying absolute support by the people", "hero born of Heaven", "man who embodies the Songun idea", "perfect strategist", "statesman of general type", "world political elder" and "the great leader who would steer the 21st century", it said.

Kim Jong Il who commands boundless respect and reverence from all people is a prominent great man in the present century, the bulletin stressed.
