| Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- The Russian Federation of International Charity Organizations "World of Goodwill" decided to confer Order of "Defender of Justice and Peace" to General Secretary Kim Jong Il on the occasion of his birthday. O. V. Oleinik, president of the federation, handed over the letter on its decision to the DPRK ambassador to Russia on Feb. 12. |
