The joint calls represent the Party's will to provide the people of the DPRK with all sorts of well-being, they noted.

They called on all fields and units to dash ahead like the wind at the new Chollima speed, "Huichon Speed" in the era of Songun, racing against the time in an effort to surpass the peak production year.
