On display in the venues of the events were works of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and photos on their immortal exploits, books and photos on the Korean people in their efforts to build a great prosperous and powerful nation and handicrafts associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean nation.

Appreciated at the film shows were "The Tower of the Juche Idea", "Reply of Korea" and other Korean films.

Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the C.C., the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, praised Kim Jong Il as the great brilliant commander of Songun and the peerless statesman who turned the DPRK into an invincible power under the uplifted banner of Songun.

Rosanita Campos, vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil, said that the Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibition provides a good opportunity for the Brazilian people to learn from the indomitable heroic spirit and work style of the Korean people.

Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, noted that Kim Jong Il has further developed and enriched the Juche idea, founded by Kim Il Sung, through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities and performed the undying feats in building a thriving nation with his Songun revolutionary leadership.

The international secretary of the C.C., the Communist Party of Malta stressed that Kim Jong Il is the lodestar of the nation as he has devotedly worked for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country, true to the behests of Kim Il Sung.

A message of greetings to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the event in Thailand.
