Crime-woven Two Years of South "Government" Censured
Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Members of civic and public organizations in south Korea, including the Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration, called a press conference in Seoul on Feb. 24 at which they disclosed the record of crimes committed by the puppet authorities in two years since they came to power.

Speakers at the conference recalled that organizations of different circles have conducted the signature campaign for punishing the present "government" from Dec. 8 last year.

They noted that broad strata of people participated in the signature campaign to lay bare the crimes of the present authorities engaged in the traitorous rule and demand a stern punishment of them.

Then a press release was read out there. It branded the last two years under the present "government" as the period during which democracy was stamped out and dictatorship revived, the common people were driven out to wander about streets for one percent of plutocrats and the confrontation and tension between the south and the north were escalated while the June 15 joint declaration was denied.

The release expressed the resolution to sternly punish on behalf of the population the present "government" pursuing the policy against democracy and reunification.

The Headquarters of the People's Movement for Reviving the South-North Economic Cooperation, the Citizen's Solidarity for Peaceful Reunification and other civic and public organizations, too, held a meeting in Seoul on Feb. 23 at which they condemned the two years since the emergence of the present "government" as the days when the inter-Korean cooperation and exchange have been checked due to its policy of sycophancy towards the U.S. and confrontation with the DPRK.

On the same day professors of universities in south Korea published a white paper on the crimes perpetrated by the present puppet authorities during the two years of their office.
