What cannot be overlooked is that the U.S. imperialists are talking about "threat" from the DPRK as a pretext for MD.

Their scheme for MD is just a product of the wild ambition to stifle the DPRK by force of arms.

Therefore, the DPRK has no choice but to take strong countermeasures including the war deterrent buildup.
