New Bio-microscope Introduced in Teaching

| Pyongyang, March 4 (KCNA) -- A modified version of bio-microscope combined with CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and computer, developed by Kim Chaek University of Technology, has been introduced in teaching at secondary schools in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, including Pyongyang Secondary School No.1. The microscope helps a teacher observe a student's experiment together with other students and give a correct explanation and valuation of its results through computer. Detailed experiment on minute particles is also available with the microscope. Conspicuous in the device are application programs of database, experiment observation, result account and the like. |
