Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the party and chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Romania, said at the seminar that the Juche philosophy is great as it elucidated the man-centered viewpoint and attitude toward the world and gave the masses of people a powerful weapon for transforming the world and carving out their destinies.

General Secretary Kim Jong Il has carried forward and developed the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and enforced the original Songun politics based on it, thus turning the DPRK into a powerful socialist country of Juche which no formidable enemy dares provoke, he noted.

The chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Bucharest at the seminar said with high appreciation that Kim Jong Il has correctly indicated the way for realizing the popular masses' cause of independence through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities.

The Juche philosophy is arousing the support and sympathy from among the world people while being widely disseminated in many countries for its originality and validity, he said, stressing it is only the Juche philosophy that should be regarded as guideline by the progressive mankind aspiring after independence at present.
