Present at its opening ceremony were personages of different circles and popular masses.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The minister of Culture of the Amur Regional Administration said in his speech that the exhibition intensively shows the efforts and achievements made by the Korean people to build a great prosperous and powerful nation with their own strength and technology. Through the exhibition the Russian people will get a better understanding of the development of the DPRK, he added.
