The hurrah shouted by the participants in the rally at the top of their voices, looking up to him, represented a great epic scene which can be seen only in the DPRK where the leader and the people form an integral whole.

There is a wide avenue for achieving victory and prosperity for all the servicepersons and people and the tempo of the country's advance and leap forward is on the steady increase.

The world-startling great miracle performed by Songun Korea in developing the vinalon industry, the great victory of Korean-style socialism, provided a historic occasion of instilling the conviction of sure victory, optimism and tremendous strength and courage into the service personnel and people of the DPRK dashing ahead to win a final victory in the drive to build a thriving nation while intensifying the drive for a great surge in the efforts to improve the people's standard of living in hearty response to the militant calls of the Workers' Party of Korea.
