| Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister of the DPRK Pak Ui Chun Thursday sent a message of congratulations to Alfredo Moreno Charme upon his appointment as foreign minister of Chile. Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop on a new stage, the message wished him great success in his new job. |
