The festival is to be held at theatres, concert halls and cultural houses in Pyongyang from April 11 to 19, divided into various groups. It will involve individual and group performances and joint presentations.

It will bring together members of art troupes, art squads and itinerary art agitation squads and people from all walks of life in Pyongyang and local areas and overseas Korean artistes.
