| Pyongyang, March 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, premier of the DPRK, together with Vice-Premier Ro Tu Chol, met and had a talk with Liu Hongcai, new Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Tuesday when the latter paid a courtesy call on him. |
