Anniversary of DPRK-Russia Agreement Marked

| Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- Valery Sukhinin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, gave a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Corps Club Tuesday to mark the 61st anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and Russia. Present there on invitation were Ri Ryong Nam, minister of Foreign Trade, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Han Chol, vice-minister of Culture, Hong Son Ok, vice-chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and chairwoman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association, and officials concerned. Staff members of the Russian embassy were on hand. Speeches were made there. |
