Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation headed by Song Ja Rip, deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly and chairman of the group, and from the Cambodian side were members of the delegation led by Som Chen, member of the National Assembly and chairman of the group.

At the talks both sides discussed the matter of further developing the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parliaments and exchanged views on a series of matters of mutual concern.
