Kim Jong Il's Leadership Praised by Thai Figure

| Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, issued a statement on March 23 on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. He in the statement said that the dignity and prestige of the DPRK would be unthinkable without the leadership of Kim Jong Il. Kim Jong Il is leading the struggle of the Korean people to surely fling open the gate to a great prosperous and powerful nation in 2012, the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea, under the uplifted banner of Songun, the statement said, adding: The world recognizes the fact that the Korean people are holding Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the father of a great family and leading a harmonious life, helping and leading each other forward. All the ideas and theories of Kim Jong Il fully reflect the trust in people and love for them and this ardent love serves as a basis of the solid unity of the whole society. He regards the people as Heaven and they respect and follow him as the sun. No one on earth can break this single-minded unity of the Korean people. The DPRK led by Kim Jong Il will fully demonstrate its dignity and might. |
