The Korean nation has undergone the misery and agony resulting from its split and failed to realize its desire for national independence and prosperity due to the U.S. imperialists' occupation of south Korea, the article says, and goes on:

The U.S. is still lording it over south Korea, exercising real power in all fields including politics, economy, culture and military affairs after occupying it by force of arms. The pro-U.S. conservative forces are the last forces in south Korea on which the U.S. depends.

The south Korean ruling quarters are fascistizing the society in a bid to stay in power and enjoy wealth and prosperity, backed by outside forces. The U.S. imperialists are egging the south Korean bellicose forces on to stage madcap nuclear war exercises for invading the DPRK, blatantly challenging the desire of the south Korean people for independence and democracy.

If foreign aggressors and the south Korean bellicose forces are allowed to go on with the above-said moves, they will put the destiny of the Korean nation at peril. This is contrary both to the trend of the present era when countries and nations are heading for independence, peace and prosperity and to the need of the June 15 era of reunification to demonstrate the dignity of the nation with the might of national independence and unity.

Outside forces and traitors never present independence, democracy and national reunification to the south Korean people as they seek their own interests only.

Solidarity and alliance among the people from all walks of life constitute a decisive factor of a victory in their struggle.
